Information you choose to share
The inquiry form collects your name, selected contact method, the phone number or email needed for that method, and the vehicle or type you want. Budget, buying timeframe, and trade information are optional. Your follow-up permission and the time of your inquiry are recorded. Please do not submit credit applications, Social Security numbers, banking information, or driver’s-license information.
How inquiries are used and stored
Justin uses your information to answer your inquiry and follow up using your selected contact method. Inquiry records are stored in private storage on Namecheap hosting and are accessible through a password-protected dashboard. Email notifications sent to Justin identify a saved inquiry and link to the dashboard; they do not include your contact details.
Inquiry records remain in private storage until Justin removes them. Private backup copies rotate separately and can retain removed records temporarily. You may contact Justin to request access, correction, or deletion, or ask him to stop following up. Records needed for a vehicle purchase are handled separately through the dealership’s purchase process.
Website traffic
This website counts estimated visits, page views, popular vehicle pages, referring website names, and clicks on call, text, Facebook, and inquiry links. A random identifier in your browser’s session storage helps estimate browsing sessions. The reports do not identify anonymous visitors by name, phone number, or email. Link clicks do not prove that a call or text was completed.
Traffic reports are aggregate counts. Referrer query strings are not retained. Short-lived hashed network identifiers help limit spam; raw IP addresses are not stored in the inquiry database. Spam-control counters expire automatically, but hashed records may remain in private storage. Aggregate counts are retained for traffic trend reports. This traffic code respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.
Cookies and service providers
A necessary session cookie protects the inquiry form and dashboard sign-in. The hosting provider may maintain standard access and security logs, including IP addresses, to operate and secure the website. Namecheap hosts the website; Justin’s Google email account receives notifications. No advertising pixels or credit-application service are installed on this website.
External links
Call and text links open your device’s apps. Facebook links open Facebook, whose privacy practices apply there. This website does not automatically send your inquiry to the dealership’s general lead system.
